Once created a profile, you can also add a profile photo, which is visible in our Services. We may receive information about your IP address, browser and device.

Your account information is kept for as long as your account is active and for some period thereafter in case you decide to reactivate it. To comply with our legal obligations, we need to keep some information after your account is deactivated. Information that you shared with other members through your account will still be available after you deactivated your account to allow other users keep track of projects and tasks.
If you no longer want to use our Services, you are able to deactivate your account. Please contact us at email@example.com and ask for account deactivation. We will then proceed with your request and we will send you a confirmation email once the process is completed.
